This is a holy grail product for me! I mix a pump of this & a pump of a colored foundation. I LOVE this stuff!
Awesome!

I'm using this on it's own (with nothing else but primer on underneath it) and it's super smooth and blendable. I didn't want to have a super cakey white face paint finish for a cosplay makeup, and I'm so glad I opted for this instead. It comes off as just suuuuper pale instead of mime-like, and I love it.
Yes! Perfect Mixer!

I am very pale. Most high-end foundations do not carry a shade light enough for me (those that do are priced at levels akin to purchasing an expensive piece of kitchen equipment, and I do not have the means/desire to pay such prices for cosmetics). I have yet to find a single drugstore foundation that is pale enough. I've searched for pure white foundations in the past, but Ilimasqua, MAC, and Makeup Atilier are all outside of my price range.

Even with expedited shipping, Manic Panic was a bargain. It has solved my color-matching problems. Now I can buy any brand I choose and not have to sweat over whether the pale loveliness the counter mirror reflects will suddenly oxidize into an orangey, faux-tan mess as soon as the sunlight hits it. This mixes well with liquid foundations, does not irritate my sensitive skin, and does not mess with the consistency of the foundations because I only need a little bit. I have not tried it with whipped, foam, or any other non-traditional makeup formats.

It does have a luminous finish. Dewy and brightening could also describe it well. Therefore, it does affect matte finish foundations. It doesn't turn, say, Revlon Colorstay into L'Oral Lumi or anything that dramatic. However, it takes away matte's ability to be truly matte. My dry skin benefits more from a dewy finish anyway, so straight-up matte is rarely my go-to. However, when I do want a more matte finish, I set my entire face with a pressed powder and the shine disappears almost entirely.

And hey, I'd rather have a textural issue with my final look rather than have that dreaded pinky/nude ring between my face and my neck from ill-matching foundation.

I cannot comment on how it compares to the astronomically-priced luxury brands. But since a product that costs less than lunch at a sub shop does the job just fine for me, I have no plan or desire to try other brands.

I highly, highly recommend it to pale people needing something to pale-up even the palest of foundation shades.

Also, I use this strictly as a mixer. I don't dress up as a vampire or clown, so I don't need to completely blank out my entire face. So, I cannot comment on its ability (or lack of) to work well in that area. Therefore, it does not affect my full-stars rating since I do not use it for that purpose.
Id say it works pretty well.

Did a quick test. I needed to look albino for a character, and I'm fairly brown.
I'll let you see for yourselves. Id say it works pretty well.
Edit: this also plays nice with other liquid foundations, nd can be blended to form unique shades. It has lasted me a VERY long time, despite needing a go over or two each use.
Great for cutting in with darker foundations

I bought this at the suggestion of a few beauty bloggers that I had checked out because I have super, super pale skin and no type of foundation really works for me. The bloggers all used Manic Panic Virgin Dreamtone Gothic Foundation in Vampire White mixed in with their current foundation to create a new, more correctly colored foundation. Since I have had no luck trying to find a foundation that works for me, I decided to try it... AND IT WORKED. It worked perfectly. I could not be happier. For the first time in a long time I don't have to do an insane amount of blending all the way down to my shirt so that I don't look two-toned.

My current foundation is L'oreal True Match in C1 (alabaster). It's the closest I can get to my skin's undertones, but it is still a shade or two too dark for me. I mixed one pump of the Vampire White in with one drop of the True Match with a beauty blender, and it worked perfectly on my face. The picture attached is my face with just the blended foundation- no powder or concealers were used yet.

In conclusion, this is a fantastic option for really pale people to get a darker shade of foundation to work for them. You won't be disappointed if you try this beauty hack.
Pale Women Rejoice!

I bought this on a whim and am so happy that I did! This has become part of my makeup routine. It is vital!

I mix the Manic Panic white foundation with my favorite Revlon foundation and concealer. It blends beautifully! I also use it as a very natural highlight for my brows, cheeks, forehead and chin. Then set it with my Fit Me porcelain pressed powder. Voila!

Defiantly purchasing again. I highly recommend this product to any girl who is sick of having a white neck contrasting their crappy 'pale orange' face. MAKE your shade with Manic Panic!
LOVE!

I use this as a way to make my foundation lighter. My complection is SUPER light and even the lightest foundations aren't light enough so I mix this in with it and I wear it everyday. I absolutely love it. It doesn't make me break out and it stays on really well. It gives a nice full coverage and I highly recommend it!
Must Have for Everyone Who Loves Make-up

I adore this product. I've grown to appreciate this company. Their products are usually spot on and this is no exception. It's a white cream that blends perfectly with foundation and actually makes quite a good highlight if you're like me and enjoy contouring. Great for the summer to winter transition with foundation.
Lifesaver !

MY FACE FINALLY MATCHES MY NECK !!! I am very light skinned with yellow undertones, so none of the light shades in the store (like ivory or vanilla - usually with pink undertones) work for my skin. Any shade that does have yellow undertones is always way too dark/tan for me. So this is my solution:

I use 1.5 pumps of Revlon Colorstay's dry/normal foundation in 150 Buff (very good for light skin with yellow undertones) with 1 pump of this product, then I use No. 7 Perfect Light Pressed Powder in translucent to set it. With this product, I finally have the confidence and assurance that if I am in a room with the light on, off, next to a window with natural light, or elsewhere, that my face and neck are more or less the same color, which is something I have struggled with for years since I am so pale!

Now, the only reason I am giving it 4/5 is because: 1. I did find after the first two days of using this I had 2-3 new spots on my face (not a huge deal since my complexion is bad anyways, but they certainly weren't welcomed). 2. While it is creamy, it has made my skin a litttttle bit dry. And 3. I do have a little bit of ghost face going on if pictures are taken with flash, though I would prefer that to having a mud face all day. But, all of these cons are worth NOT having my face and neck drastically different colors.

Overall, if you are struggling to find a shade that doesn't give you that infamous nutella look, GET THIS NOW.
Perfect to add into my foundation and concealer

Perfect to add into my foundation and concealer. I recommend this for everyday or costuming. A lot of reviews said the product was too moisturizing but I have found that it's the perfect match for my skin which is on the dry side.
