I bought this alongside my Nintendo Switch and had a jolly good time using it to store my games

I know that seems counter intuitive, but allow me to explain.
I bought this alongside my Nintendo Switch and had a jolly good time using it to store my games, however, I noticed that the games tended to get somewhat stuck in the slots for the container, and thus I had to practically pry them out. After a while, one of my games was damaged, one of the components on the backside had become bent, and when I inserted it into my switch it also bent something on the inside of the console, causing it to be unable to read ANY games, damaged or not.

This case looks good and price is fair but putting games in and taking them out requires too much force. It feels like you could easily break the cards and you will definitely scar the cards after a while by using this case. I don't like it and will be looking for a different one asap. I don't get all the five star reviews.

Slots are too tight, as many have mentioned. My Zelda card got damaged.

More importantly. The case I got has multiple scratches. It's obvious the item isn't new.

It's not worth the trouble of returning it but this is absolutely unacceptable.
Too tight!

The game slots are way too tight! It's difficult to put games in and out of them. I'm afraid I'm going to break my games. This is a poorly made product.
slots too tight to insert cartridges in them :(

the little compartments are way to tight to use. my cartridges were literally bending while attempting to snap them into the slots. do not buy this! the amazon travel case however is wonderful and has 10 slots which hold the cartridges snugly without bending them.. get that instead!
It's getting used, yay!

The kids are using it. That was really all I wanted out of it, a place to put the games that the kids would actually use. Not finding the little postage stamps all over the house anymore, which is good for the lifespan of the games, I think. So what this means to me is that the kids find it useful also, and easy enough to use that it's worth the trouble of not just tossing the games on the nearest flat surface when they swap them out.
A bit hard to open

Does the trick but is a bit hard for a little kid to open.
Doesn't want to let go of your games

Keeps your games secure, but perhaps a bit TOO secure. Cartridges are very difficult to remove once placed in the case to the point where I was concerned about causing damage to them. Ended up getting the PowerA Case with the Zelda Hylian Crest instead and I feel much safer (and more stylish) storing my games.

The only upside I see to this case is its storage capacity. However, I never plan on owning that many cartridges, especially with the wide availability for digital downloads on Switch games.
Way too tight. This will break your Switch games.

I don't know if Amazon changed the design of this case or what. Bought because of all the positive reviews, plus I assumed Amazon would put out a quality product. This however, is not. The slots for the cards are way too tight. It's impossible for my kids to put in or take out their games. Repeated use of this case will surely result in damage to your games. Avoid this storage case.

it's a good case and feels very practical and protective regarding drops. I took one star because one of the card slots gave me a hard time trying to put the cartridge like it was bent or misaligned.
